将来の計画

 卒業した後で、シカゴに住んで、会計の会社につとめているでしょう。すてきな家をかって、旅行に行くために、お金をためるつもりです。三か五年後ぐらい、私に私の会社は海外にひっこしをさせるそうです。たくさん国に行きたいけど、一番ひっこしたい国はスペインと日本だと思います。五年後、アメリカに戻りたいかもしれません。

さいりょうな生活はゆっくりで、あまり急ぎません。将来、家族と公園を散歩したり、外で食事したり、大きな家に住んだりしたいでしょう。家に犬か猫がいて、ガーデンがあって、たくさん本を持っています。

クーキングクラスを取って、料理の作り方が分かるけど、もっと難しい物の作り方を知りたいです。今、ゲームをするのがとても好きだから、将来まだ好きだと思います。

将来はたくさん知らないことがあるけど、楽しみにしています。

日本のメディア: "Porco Rosso" Studio Ghibli

 This week, I watched the Studio Ghibli film "Porco Rosso". I really enjoyed this movie as it blended real world history with the fantastical element expected in one of Miyazaki's films. It uses the real world venue of 1930s Italy with its proper historical context to tell the story of a former ace pilot, who happens to be a pig, and his coming to terms with the past while beating a rival pilot, Donald Curtis, who wants only wants to become famous.

Of course the soundtrack in this movie was also great with one of my favorite pieces being "Bygone Days" by Joe Hisaishi. Overall, I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the movie, the beautiful artwork, and the story. The ending I thought was also very good and requires a bit of individual interpretation, keeping the movie at the back of the views mind even after it is over. This movie and Nausicaa are now my favorite Ghibli films.

居合道のイベント

 先週の日曜日に、居合道に日本語の授業を取らない友達と一緒にイベントに行きました。私たちはこのイベントが好きでした。私は日本のれきしいが好きだから、居合道について習いのは面白かったと思います。友達は剣を使うのと方法を教えるのが一番面白いそうでした。イベントは一時間半でしたけど、とても速かったです。

質問をする時、居合道の先生に「どうやってそんなに上手になれましたか。初心者と名人のほうほうの違いは何ですか」と聞きました。

将来、もう一度居合道か剣術の練習したです。
